The relationship between time, consciousness and spiritual well being
When digging into the science of metaphysics, one might
himself stuck with abstract notions. That feeling emerges for the fact that metaphysics
and spiritual psychology del with universal constants such as time differently.
In order to understand how the concept of time is adopted in these sciences and
how it affects our spiritual while being and mental health, an acknowledged has
to be made. This acknowledgment is the fact that both physical and metaphysical
science interact together. Einstein coined the concept for relativity and addressed
time as a relative matter. In the same nuance, consciousness as addressed by metaphysics
and philosophy exists outside the frame of time.
With that said, our consciousness exists in the universe
whether we are aware or not, without definite time constraint. In the broader term,
time exists only within our perception. time is in fact the way of our human
brains to process the world and occurring events.
To illustrate, when we dream at night, dreams typically last
fro3 to 10 seconds, meaning that the brain is actively engaged I the Rem sleeping
cycle when we are dreaming for only 10 seconds. However, we often feel that our
dreams are events we live -within our brain obviously-. This concept might be
hard to understand or intimidating for some. On the other hand, certain types
of meditation in ancient culture attempt to “increase time speed”. Again, Einstein’s
general relativity’s concept underlines that whatever goes beyond the speed of
light goes back in time and whatever stays at the sped of time is still, doesn’t
move compared to time.
When we are upset, weighed down or burdened by problems or
mental health issues, pour frequency decreases therefore time feels longer. We are
experiencing pain which makes us feel stuck in that feeling forever. Therefore,
when we meditate and attempt to clear our thoughts, we improve our psyche’s
ability to endure time more easily.
On the other hand, when a person has higher frequency, his exposure
to time gets lighter thus faster.
In rare occurrences, people with stress disorders experience
racing thoughts which some people may call overthinking but they vastly differ
from each other. In that case they’re experiencing a high frequency but due to
stress. The strain of the brain can also cause higher frequency which might disturb
one’s perception of his surroundings or the events occurring around them.
To apply such knowledge to concrete life experiences,
meditative experts suggest mindfulness exercises. These exercises are meant to
unify one thought in our brain in whatever activity we are performing. To illustrate,
being mindful when reading a book or magazine can relatively help people with
anxiety overcome their negative thoughts. Despite the fact that being 100%
mindful is impossible to achieve, our ability gets better with exercise.
Another interesting side of the story is that out of body
experiences such as lucid dreaming, astral projection and mental projection
occur outside the realm of time. In fact, many layers of existence exist
outside the realm of time like the spiritual plane in which exists the divine
spirit and the world, the spiritual plane in which the holy spirit exists,
alone, and the ethereal or astral plane in which exists out of body experiences
and projections. One of the most interesting planes is the state of limbo, one’s
transition from life to death. People with near death experiences often describe
their experience as floating over their bodies and feeling connected to God. The
state of limbo That is illustrated in religion and in Islam in particular when
addressing dead people who are living in “al barzakh”.
God, in other words the holy spirit exists outside the realm
of time. Sarmad. Along with being the only entity whose existence is what guarantees
the existence of time, universes and humans, The Holy spirit of God is in a dimension
beyond human consciouses and in the ultimate highest frequency to ever exist.

Love it❤
ReplyDeleteThis is touching me cause I worked on those topics in philosophy. Many philosophers Sayed alot about it 2000 years ago and you put it in a nutchel. Well done
